The original or floor-audio channel normally comes directly from the venue mixer. Signal supplies synthesized target-language feeds and is not a floor-audio pass-through.

Choose the listener experience

  • Managed receivers: Signal routes one or more language feeds to dedicated interface channels for compatible venue-approved transmitters and attendee receivers.
  • BYOD: an admitted public viewer selects a supported target language, unlocks playback with a user gesture, and listens on headphones.
  • Hybrid: BYOD and Signal consumers can share the same demanded event-language generation lane while each delivery path is planned separately.

Important: captions, QR viewer text, and Extended Screen are parallel text destinations. They are not RF channels or spoken-audio outputs.

Know the responsibilities

4ALL provides the eligible LL-TTS workflow and licensed Signal endpoint. Signal stops at the workstation or physical audio-interface output. The production and venue plan must cover compatible transmitters, RF, receivers, headsets, cabling, charging, sanitation, distribution and return, approval, staffing, and fallbacks.

Ask the minimum planning questions

  • What are the dates, time zone, venue, rooms, concurrent programs, and operating hours?
  • Which source and target languages are required, and how many listeners are expected by room?
  • Will delivery use managed receivers, BYOD, or both, and is floor audio required?
  • Who owns the workstation and interface, and what transmitter model, inputs, channels, RF restrictions, receivers, and headsets are available?
  • Who owns rehearsal, network, fallback, charging, hygiene, distribution, staffing, procurement, security, and accessibility planning?

Verify the concept

Before commitment, confirm isolated source audio, eligible LL-TTS, producer ownership, event-language lanes, Signal licensing and I/O, the physical channel map, receiver capacity, venue compatibility, and a complete rehearsal.

Troubleshoot the concept

  • If independent programs are being combined, give each room or program its own isolated source and event path.
  • If captions or Extended Screen are being treated as headset audio, separate the text path from BYOD and managed spoken-audio delivery.
  • If workstation, I/O, transmitter, or receiver capacity is unclear, gather the detailed planning inputs and request human review.
  • If the project is classified from counts alone, use the project assessment before selecting commercial terms.

Do not infer Enterprise status from room, day, screen, headset, or language counts alone. Human review is required for final topology, compatibility, RF planning, equipment, availability, staffing, compliance, and quotation.
