Recover password access through the official reset flow and handle expired reset links.

Best for: Users unable to authenticate with their password.

Before you start

Recovery requires control of the account email; email code, Google, or passkey may provide an alternate path.

  • Secure access to the account email.
  • Start from the official 4All route.
  • Prepare a unique replacement password.

Step by step

  1. Open Forgot Password. Select recovery from Sign In.
  2. Enter the account email. Use the identity tied to organization memberships.
  3. Request once. Check inbox, spam, and corporate quarantine.
  4. Open the newest reset message. Use it before expiration and do not forward it.
  5. Set the replacement. Enter and confirm a strong unique password.
  6. Sign in and verify. Select the correct organization and inspect access.
  7. Review security. After suspected compromise, remove unknown passkeys and revoke other sessions.

What success looks like: The replacement password works and the user confirms identity, memberships, and security methods.

Check your setup

  • Password sign-in succeeds.
  • Email and organizations are correct.
  • No unknown credentials remain after security review.

Troubleshooting

Request again and use only the newest message.

No email

Check spelling, spam/quarantine, and allowlisting; try another configured method.

Password rejected

Follow displayed policy and ensure confirmation matches.

Security and operational notes

  • Support should never request the reset link or password.
  • Treat reset URLs as single-use credentials.
  • Report unexpected recovery messages.
