Export steps

Choose the content and output format required by the downstream workflow.
  1. Open the completed event. Confirm organization/event and retained finalized segments.
  2. Choose Exports. Select document transcript.
  3. Choose PDF, DOCX, or Markdown. Use PDF for fixed reading, DOCX for editing, or Markdown for structured text.
  4. Choose languages and metadata. Include only approved locales, accurate speakers, and necessary timestamps.
  5. Choose glossary fix or AI cleanup. Use only when authorized and review semantic changes.
  6. Generate once. Wait for history status.
  7. Review the whole file. Beginning/end, names, numbers, negation, missing text, languages, speakers, timestamps, privacy.
  8. Deliver securely. Use an approved recipient/storage path.
