Step by step

1. Preserve raw export. Keep a controlled original.
2. Review glossary. Names, brands, acronyms, DNT terms.
3. Apply glossary correction. Compare occurrences.
4. Define cleanup policy. Allowed punctuation/filler/paragraph changes and forbidden semantic edits.
5. Run AI only when authorized. Account for processing policy.
6. Diff/review. Names, amounts, dates, negation, technical/legal/medical terms, quotes, actions.
7. Mark provenance. Generated/edited status, reviewer, version.
8. Approve. Qualified owner signs off.
