Commercial actions and protected billing data require the correct organization role. Current plan, enterprise assignment, add-ons, seats, wallet, usage, payment state, and desktop license inventory determine effective availability.

LL-TTS and Signal are separate meters

LL-TTS has separate wallet-direct input-audio and output-audio token meters with independent plan caps. A Signal device entitlement authorizes the desktop software endpoint; it is not an LL-TTS usage allowance and does not bundle a workstation, audio interface, transmitter, receivers, headsets, cabling, RF coordination, venue approval, or labor.
