Triage feature blocks, low balance, quota errors, or disputed usage while protecting events.

Best for: Organization owners, billing administrators, finance approvers, event producers, and authorized support staff.

Before you start

Commercial actions and protected billing data require the correct organization role. Current plan, enterprise assignment, add-ons, seats, wallet, usage, payment state, and desktop license inventory determine effective availability.

  • Confirm exact organization and authority.
  • Record current subscription, entitlement, wallet, usage, or device state.
  • Obtain required commercial approval before purchase, cancellation, payment, or license transfer.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Capture safe state. Organization, event, meter, period, error, time, plan, IDs.
  2. Check entitlement/limit. Feature/language/event/concurrency/usage/reset.
  3. Check wallet/payment. Balance, auto top-up, failure, ledger.
  4. Check BYOK provider. Cloud quota/billing/IAM is separate.
  5. Check session history. Rehearsal, duplicates, retries, targets, TTS.
  6. Protect event. Authorized top-up/quota/scope/fallback.
  7. Reconcile. Rate, units, rounding, period, credits.
  8. Escalate. Safe IDs and calculation.
  9. Document. Commercial/technical resolution.

After the fix: The approved commercial or license state is reflected in 4All and verified against the intended workflow.

Confirm the fix

  • Block removed through authorized action.
  • Dispute reproducible.
  • No secret/payment exposure.

If the problem continues

Balance exists but disabled

Check entitlement/add-on/role/event.

BYOK quota

Resolve cloud provider or fallback.

Duplicate sessions

Stop stale session and audit.

Escalation and safety

  • Do not promise refunds without authority.
  • Protect financial/provider data.
  • Preserve accessibility continuity.
