Guide attendees through event identity, privacy information, language selection, and entry.

Best for: Event producers, display operators, accessibility leads, broadcast/AV engineers, web teams, and authorized remote operators.

Before you start

Availability depends on event access, plan entitlements, destination enablement, language configuration, and supported browser/display/network behavior.

  • Use the correct event and final source/target language configuration.
  • Know the physical or web destination, resolution, audience, privacy level, and monitoring owner.
  • Test the final receiving screen, embed, graphics path, or operator device—not only the setup preview.

Step by step

  1. Open the official URL/QR/embed. Confirm organizer and event name.
  2. Review details. Image, description, schedule/location, speakers, and support instructions.
  3. Open privacy information. Read the organizer’s policy when required.
  4. Choose language. Select one of the event’s enabled locales.
  5. Join. Use the lobby button; some events skip or auto-join.
  6. Adjust viewer settings. Text, colors, TTS, screen wake, and ASL PiP where available.
  7. Recover. Return to the official URL, verify network, reload once, and reselect settings if needed.

What success looks like: The intended audience or operator receives the correct event, language, styling, and control level with a documented reconnect and fallback path.

Check your setup

  • The attendee enters the intended live viewer and receives current captions in the selected language.
