Turn the event schedule and listener requirements into a reviewed map of source programs, LL-TTS generation lanes, Signal routes, physical outputs, transmitter channels, and receiver inventory.
Best for: planners gathering the information a 4ALL and venue production review needs before confirming topology or a quote.
Gather the project inputs
- Dates, time zone, venue, rooms, concurrent programs, session types, and operating hours.
- Source languages, target languages, independent program feeds, and listeners by room and language.
- Managed receivers, BYOD, or hybrid delivery; whether a floor-audio channel is required.
- Workstation and audio-interface owner, available physical outputs, and device-license plan.
- Transmitter model, inputs and channels, venue RF restrictions, receiver and headset inventory.
- Distribution and return, charging, hygiene, rehearsal, network, fallback, and staffing.
- Travel, terminology assets, procurement timing, and security or service-level requirements.
Map the capacity layers
- Generation lanes: one lane is created per demanded event and target language. Audience and Signal consumers of the same event and language share it. More receivers do not create more generation lanes.
- Programs and rooms: independent rooms or programs require separate isolated source and event paths.
- Signal nodes: use a distinct TTS node and route for each language that needs independent output. Identical event and language nodes in one Signal process can share one receive session.
- Physical outputs: each independently handed-off language needs the planned interface channel.
- Device licenses: Signal licensing is assessed separately from LL-TTS usage, and workstation and I/O capacity require 4ALL validation.
- Transmitter channels: match physical outputs to compatible venue-approved transmitter inputs and channels.
- Receivers: inventory follows simultaneous listeners, spares, charging, sanitation, distribution, and return needs; it does not set the number of LL-TTS generation lanes.
Important: a large room, day count, screen count, headset count, or language count does not by itself make a project Enterprise. Use the project assessment and request human review.
Build the planning matrix
- Create one row for each concurrent room or independent program.
- List the source event and every demanded target language.
- Assign each target to BYOD, a Signal output and transmitter channel, or both.
- Add simultaneous listener counts, receiver spares, distribution and charging owners, and rehearsal windows.
- Record network and RF restrictions plus the fallback for every path.
- Submit the matrix for 4ALL and venue confirmation before procurement or final quotation.
Verify the plan
- No concurrent program shares an unintended source or event path.
- Every managed language has a labeled node, physical output, transmitter input and channel, and receiver selection.
- Receiver inventory and operations cover simultaneous listeners and spares.
- BYOD joining, headphones, playback unlock, and network support are covered.
- Rehearsal, fallback, staffing, travel, security, and procurement owners are named.
Troubleshoot the plan
- Overlapping programs share an unclear source: separate the rooms or programs into distinct source and event paths.
- Transmitter inputs or RF restrictions are unknown: request venue and human production review before assigning channels.
- Receiver inventory is uncertain: count simultaneous listeners by room and language, then add approved spares and operating needs.
- Capacity or commercial terms are inferred from counts alone: use the project assessment, current catalog, and human confirmation.
Planning boundary
Human review must confirm final topology, compatibility, RF planning, equipment, availability, staffing, and quotation. Do not promise legal compliance, coverage, inventory, technicians, or final price from the planning matrix alone.
