Step by step

4All billing and plan overview
The Billing page shows the active plan, included usage, and available upgrade paths.
  1. Inventory current use. Members/roles, events, languages, providers, outputs, stats, exports, API/webhooks, BYOK, desktop.
  2. Forecast. Concurrency, duration, target languages, TTS/ASL, retention, support.
  3. Compare current Billing catalog. Use current limits/features.
  4. Calculate billable seats. Include relevant default/custom roles.
  5. Calculate usage. Rehearsal, overtime, targets, overage/wallet.
  6. Review add-ons/licenses. Quantity/assignment/renewal.
  7. Review interval/tax/currency. Effective date and proration.
  8. Obtain approvals. Budget/security/legal.
  9. Upgrade and test. Refresh and validate non-production.

What success looks like: The approved commercial or license state is reflected in 4All and verified against the intended workflow.
