Use the hosted billing portal for payment methods, invoices, renewal, and failure recovery.

Best for: Organization owners, billing administrators, finance approvers, event producers, and authorized support staff.

Before you start

Commercial actions and protected billing data require the correct organization role. Current plan, enterprise assignment, add-ons, seats, wallet, usage, payment state, and desktop license inventory determine effective availability.

  • Confirm exact organization and authority.
  • Record current subscription, entitlement, wallet, usage, or device state.
  • Obtain required commercial approval before purchase, cancellation, payment, or license transfer.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Open Manage Billing. Confirm organization/permission.
  2. Review subscription/invoices. Plan, period, amount, status, organization.
  3. Update method. Use hosted portal and complete authentication.
  4. Resolve failure. Read issuer/Stripe status and correct method/funds.
  5. Download invoice. Approved finance storage.
  6. Return/verify. 4All reconciles.
  7. Check wallet separately. Top-up settings/ledger are distinct.
  8. Escalate safely. Share invoice/payment IDs, never card data.

After the fix: The approved commercial or license state is reflected in 4All and verified against the intended workflow.

Confirm the fix

  • Authorized finance users access correct invoices.
  • Payment state reconciles.
  • Sensitive data stays in portal.

If the problem continues

Portal unavailable

Check manage-billing permission/configuration.

Allow webhook/sync; contact support with safe IDs.

Declined

Use issuer guidance or approved alternate method.

Escalation and safety

  • Portal sessions are sensitive.
  • Never paste payment details in support.
  • Apply finance access controls.

Documentation status: Draft for billing, legal, security, and operational review. Validate current prices, entitlements, and UI before publishing.
