Before you start

Custom branding, QR logos, and some lobby controls may require entitlements.

  • Sign in with an individual account in the correct organization.
  • Confirm your role permits the requested change.
  • Record the current state and intended owner before making a production-impacting change.

Configuration

  1. Prepare assets. Collect approved logo, colors, background, and HTTPS privacy URL.
  2. Open Branding or Organization settings. Confirm scope and active organization.
  3. Set logo and colors. Choose readable foreground/background combinations and test both light/dark content.
  4. Configure lobby appearance. Review event image, description, language selector, join behavior, and brand elements.
  5. Add privacy URL. Use the current policy covering captions, translations, analytics, recordings, and attendee data.
  6. Preview. Inspect desktop and mobile, signed in and signed out.
  7. Publish operationally. Save, refresh current events, and communicate any link or audience-instruction change.

What success looks like: The requested change is applied to the intended organization, is visible after refresh, and grants no more access than required.

Troubleshooting

Colors reduce readability

Increase contrast and simplify backgrounds.

Use an absolute HTTPS URL and test outside the corporate network.

Logo absent

Check plan entitlement, asset format, scope, and cached viewer.

Security and operational notes

  • Accessibility takes precedence over brand styling.
  • Do not make legal claims the organization has not approved.
  • Avoid embedding private information in assets.
