Before you start

Output-specific branding may be plan-gated and settings can exist at organization and event scope.

Sign in with an individual account in the correct organization.
Confirm your role permits the requested change.
Record the current state and intended owner before making a production-impacting change.

Build a surface matrix. List lobby, viewer, Program Display, Closed Captions, Extended Screen, ASL, QR, and embeds.
Test signed out. Use a private browser to avoid admin state and cached preferences.
Test responsive sizes. Inspect phone portrait/landscape, desktop, projected resolution, and embedded frame.
Check accessibility. Measure contrast, text/background interaction, focus visibility, readable logos, and motion/fade behavior.
Check scope. Determine whether organization defaults or event overrides are active.
Clear cache only as a diagnostic. Reload current data before assuming a save failed.
Capture approval evidence. Record screenshots without private links or credentials.
