Locate the correct event quickly across organizations, teams, dates, and statuses.
Best for: Organization administrators, event producers, live operators, and authorized support staff.
Before you start
Event access and actions depend on organization role, team scope, plan entitlements, limits, and current event state.
- Use an individual verified account in the correct organization and team.
- Confirm the event owner, live operator, output owner, and incident authority.
- Review the current configuration before changing an existing or live event.
Step by step

- Select organization. Use the switcher and confirm the workspace name.
- Open Events. Review the current team and table/card view.
- Use search/filter. Narrow by name, team, date, source/translation provider, or status where offered.
- Read the event summary. Confirm image, name, schedule, team, provider, languages, and status.
- Open the event. Use the supported row/card action rather than modifying a similarly named event.
- Confirm URL/header. Read the event name and slug in the destination page before configuration.
- Bookmark carefully. Prefer the official event/dashboard link and verify access when sharing internally.
What success looks like: The event reaches the intended saved or live state, and every required operator can verify the result without receiving unnecessary access.
Check your setup
- The intended event opens in the correct organization and its summary matches the production brief.
Troubleshooting
Event missing
Check active organization/team, membership, date/status filters, and event permission.
Two events look identical
Compare slug, team, schedule, and IDs; rename test events clearly.
Old state shown
Refresh the list and confirm no other host changed the event.
Security and operational notes
- Do not share authenticated dashboard URLs publicly.
- Verify event identity before Go Live, delete, or takeover.
- Avoid broad admin access just to make an event visible.
